Foundry Square at Five Points Moves Forward Near Downtown Las Vegas
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported on October 9, 2026 that work has resumed at Foundry Square at Five Points, a townhome community near downtown Las Vegas that had sat unfinished for years. Trust Home Builders is the project's new owner, and the story covers the restart of construction and the steps being taken to keep the site secure.
The community sits at the historic Five Points intersection, where Fremont Street, Eastern Avenue and Charleston Boulevard meet, inside the City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Area. The gated community will offer 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes of 1,761 to 2,022 square feet, with vaulted ceilings, large windows, fireplaces, attached 2-car garages and two private outdoor spaces: a balcony and an enclosed yard.
For Trust Home Builders, finishing Foundry Square at Five Points means turning a stalled site into new homes and helping extend the revitalization of the downtown corridor. Sales have not opened yet, and a priority list is forming now for buyers who want early updates.

Serene Estates is a private community of just six estate homes on lots of more than 15,000 square feet, with no HOA. Each home has a 4-car garage, room for a pool, RV garage or casita, and a location with Strip views and easy airport access. Two desert contemporary plans are offered, the Aurora and the Calico.
