In 1931, Las Vegas constructed a road to facilitate the movement of workers and materials to the Hoover Dam site. This road, Boulder Highway, starts where Fremont Street, Eastern Avenue, and Charleston Boulevard converge, creating the iconic Five Points intersection.

For generations, "Five Points" has been a defining crossroads in Las Vegas. Foundry Square, Lofts by Trust Home Builders, sits at this historic convergence, honoring the forges and foundries that contributed to the Silver State's legacy. Trust Home Builders is committed to transforming this long-stalled site into something remarkable.

We have collaborated with the city's Economic and Urban Development Department on this project. Their support has been invaluable, guiding us through the necessary approvals and facilitating the restart of this long-stalled site. They are enthusiastic about seeing this corner occupied and thriving as part of their overall revitalization plan.
